Obituary of JoAnn M. Berry

Roebling: JoAnn M. (Jablonski) Berry of Morrisville, PA and Roebling, NJ passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at the age of 78. She was the loving wife of Francis J. Berry Jr., to whom she was married for 48 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Anna Jablonski and is survived by her son, Dr. James F. Berry (Kristine) and grandchildren, Jillian Rose, James Peter and Allison Ann. She worked for the U.S. Steel Corporation in Langhorne, PA until 1985, at the Roebling Pharmacy for 6 years and at the Florence Township Public Library for over 18 years. JoAnn was a woman of faith and a devout Catholic. Her greatest joys in life were spending time with her three grandchildren (including watching cooking shows with Jillian, drawing pictures with James, and coloring with Allison), taking pleasure in the numerous achievements of her son of whom she was very proud, and enjoying time with her husband at their long-time home on Maple Avenue in Roebling. The visitation will be held at Koschek and Porter Funeral Directors, 1115 Hornberger Ave., Roebling, NJ on Thursday, June 22nd from    6-8 PM and Friday, June 23rd from 9 AM until church departure. Mass of Christian Burial will be  10:30 AM Friday, June 23rd at Holy Assumption Church, 1290 Hornberger Ave., Roebling, NJ with burial to follow in Holy Assumption Cemetery. The family requests contributions in memory of JoAnn are made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
