Obituary of Gerald "Jerry" Sandor

Pemberton Township: Gerald "Jerry" Sandor, age 81 of Pemberton Township departed this life on May 19, 2022 at the Kresson View Care Center in Voorhees. Mr. Sandor was born in Trenton and was the son of the late Louis Sandor Sr. and Pearl Juhasz Sandor. He resided in Pemberton Township and was formerly of Hamilton Township and Roebling. Jerry graduated from Seton Hall University in 1963 with a B.A. in Natural Science and from Trenton State College in 1984 with a B.S. in Chemistry. He was a retired Chemist for Carter Wallace of Princeton with many years of loyal service. Jerry was 1st Lt. serving in the U.S. Army Chemical Corp during the Vietnam War from 1963 to 1965. Mr. Sandor was the husband of the late Caroline Sandor and Rosalie Sandor. He is survived his daughter, Pamelia Restuccio, brother and sister-in-law Dr. Louis Sandor Jr. and Sandra Sandor, sister, Patricia Sandor, sister and brother-in-law Louise and Brant Burkhardt and stepdaughter, Laurie Delapo and many nieces and nephews. Graveside Catholic Burial Services and U. S. Army Military Honors will be conducted privately at St. Mary’s Romanian Byzantine Catholic Cemetery.
