Roebling: Kathleen “Kathy” Brantmayer Paul, age 79 of Roebling, New Jersey departed this life on May 28, 2023 in the company of her loving husband and family. Mrs. Paul was born in Roebling and was the daughter of the late George Brantmayer and Katherine Konrad Brantmayer. She was proud to call Roebling her home for her entire life. She was a retired account supervisor for the State of New Jersey Division of Military and Veterans Affairs with 43 years of exemplary service. Kathy and her husband, John were the proprietors of West Coast Video and Video Stars at several area locations. Kathy and John loved to travel. Their excursions took them to 45 states in the United States and various locations abroad. Her appreciation for Neil Diamond's music encouraged her to attend and enjoy many of his performances. She frequently tried her luck at various casinos and always found time in her day to go shopping at her favorite retailers. Kathy loved to socialize and support the many events at the Willitts Hogan Tonne American Legion Post 39 in Roebling for many years, often volunteering her time and talents to the success of the events. Kathy was a master baker and will be celebrated for her incredible pastries and ethnic delicacies that she prepared for her family and friends during the holidays. She was also gifted with a “Green Thumb” when it came to her floral displays surrounding her home and in her garden. However, her nurturing personality, love and generosity toward her cherished nieces and nephews will forever be the center of their universe and never forgotten. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, John W. Paul, daughter, Hillary Jackson, her siblings and their spouses, George and Barbara Brantmayer and Len and Pat Brantmayer, her cherished nieces and nephews and their families, Karen and Steve Bridge, Janet and Michael Neuman, Susan and Robert Adler, Michael and Linda Brantmayer and Tommy Brantmayer, her in- laws, Deborah Ross, Tommy Meyers, Charles Meyers and Richard Meyers as well as many dear friends.
