Obituary of Stepan V. Hryhirchyk

Jackson Township: Stepan V. Hryhirchyk of Jackson Township, New Jersey departed this life on Thursday, March 9, 2023 in the company of his loving family. Mr. Hryhirchyk was born in Yuzhynets, Ukraine and resided in Ukraine before moving to New Jersey 14 years ago. He taught history in Ukraine. Stepan will be fondly remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. He was preceded in death by his father, Vasyl Grygirchyk and his brothers, Vasyl and Yuriy Grygirchyk. Stepan is survived by his wife of 41 years, Galyna Shykyrinska Grygirchyk, his children and their spouses, Halyna and Serhiy Danyliuk and Bogdan and Alina Grygirchyk, his mother Zoya Pitsyk Grygirchyk and his 6 grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday 10:00 AM at St. George's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 839 Yardville Allentown Road, Yardville with Very Rev. Petro Levko officiating. Friends may call Sunday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the church. Panahida services will be 7:00 PM Sunday at the church.
