Obituary of Mary A. Revak

Roebling: Mary A. Mislyan Revak, age 86 of Roebling, New Jersey entered her eternal life on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at her home. Mrs. Revak was born in New Brunswick to the late Andrew and Suzie Mislyan. She called Roebling her home for more than 60 years. Some of Mary's most pleasurable times were spent in her kitchen cooking and preparing her specialties for holiday entertaining. Mary was also accomplished in crocheting. Mrs. Revak was a member of St. Nicholas of Myra Byzantine Catholic Church where she was a member of the church choir and volunteered her time and talents for the success of the St. Nicholas Ethnic Festival. She was predeceased by her husband in 2019, Michael E. Revak, her grandchild, Ashley Carugno and brother, Andrew Mislyan. Mary is survived by her children and a spouse, David Revak, Susan and Anthony Carugno and Sandy Revak Jones, her grandchildren, Michael Carugno, Eric Revak, Amy Revak and Payton Jones, her great grandchild, Mason Giardinelli, her sister, Ann Foley as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Divine Liturgy will be Monday, January 10, 2022 at 11:00 AM in St Nicholas of Myra Byzantine Catholic Church, Roebling with Rev. Yuriy Oros officiating. Friends may call Monday, January 10, 2022 from 9:00 AM until church departure at Koschek and Porter Funeral Directors, 1115 Hornberger Avenue, Roebling, NJ. Interment will be in St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, Mansfield Township. Facial coverings are required for the visitation at the funeral home and the Funeral Divine Liturgy at the church.
