Obituary of Diane M. Bacso

Roebling: Diane M. Bacso age 83 of Roebling, New Jersey entered her eternal life on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. Mrs. Bacso was born in Roebling and was the daughter of the late John and Ana Bucs Gabor. Diane called Roebling her home lifelong and was a retired payroll clerk for Ocean Spray in Bordentown. Diane's catholic faith was the center of her daily life. She lived her faith by taking good care of others and putting the needs of others before her own. Diane was proud of her Hungarian heritage and will be fondly remembered for her ethnic cooking and baking expertise. She will be affectionately celebrated for her strong and very independent personality. Mrs. Bacso was a member of Holy Assumption Church and the altar rosary society of the church. Beside her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, William E. Bacso who passed away in 2018. She is survived by her granddaughter, Caroline Bulleck, great granddaughter, Lilliana Hartin, brother, John Gabor, several nieces and nephews and her close friend, Elsie Nyiri. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday 10:30 AM at Holy Assumption Church, 1290 Hornberger Avenue, Roebling. Friends may call Monday from 9:00 AM until church departure at Koschek and Porter Funeral Directors, 1115 Hornberger Avenue, Roebling, NJ. Interment will be in Holy Assumption Cemetery, Roebling. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
