Obituary of Juanita Almodovar Rodriguez

Florence Township: Juanita Almodovar Rodriguez, age 83 of Florence Township passed away Monday, June 10, 2019 in Marcella Center, Burlington Township. Mrs. Rodriguez was born in Guanica, Puerto Rico and was the daughter of the late Sixto and Emelia Rodriguez Almodovar. Juanita resided in Brooklyn, New York and Lyndhurst, New Jersey before moving to Florence in 2009.She and her late husband Cesar were the proprietors of M and T Restaurant in Bedford, New York for 15 years. Her greatest pleasures were spending time with her family and being dedicated to her businesses. Mrs. Rodriguez was a former member of St. John the Baptist Church, Brooklyn, NY where she was very active with church activities and was a member of Decolores, Spanish Couples of St. John the Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Cesar Sepulveda and husband, Jesus Rodriguez, son, Cesar Sepulveda Jr. and siblings, Edwin A. Nazario, Oscar Montalvo and Cesar Montalvo. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Rosa & Michael Huha, grandchildren and a spouse, Michael C. and Katie Lynne Huha and Thomas Christopher Huha, great grandchildren, Michael E. Huha, Skyler C. Huha & Aliana Jade Huha, siblings, Nelson A. Nazario, Wilfredo A. Nazario, Roberto A. Nazario, Nilsa A. Nazario, Olga A. Nazario, Sixto A. Nazario, Leyda A. Nazario and Zola Montalvo and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday 10:00 AM at Holy Assumption Church, 1290 Hornberger Avenue, Roebling. Friends may call Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Koschek and Porter Funeral Directors, 1115 Hornberger Avenue, Roebling, NJ. Interment will be Thursday in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, New York. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N.
