Obituary of Marie M. Eberwein

Roebling Marie M. Gombos Eberwein, age 78 of Roebling, died Friday at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Francis Medical, Trenton. Mrs. Eberwein was born in Trenton and was the daughter of the late Michael and Margaret Renyo Gombos. Marie lived most of her life in Roebling and was a retired Medical Clerk for the US Army Dental Clinic at Fort Dix with 30 years of service She was a member of Holy Assumption Church and its Altar Rosary Society and Willitts Hogan Tonne American Legion Unit #39. Marie was the wife of the late Edward Eberwein and is survived by two daughters, Arlene Terpenning of Fanwood and Sandra Eberwein of Wycombe, PA, sister & brother-in-law, Ethel and Daniel Koerner of Bordentown Twp., granddaughter, Sarah Terpenning of Scotch Plains, grandson Drew Terpenning of Fanwood and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday 11:00 am at Holy Assumption Church, 1290 Hornberger Ave., Roebling. Friends may call Tuesday from 8:30AM until church departure at Koschek and Porter Funeral Directors 1115 Hornberger Ave. Roebling. The Rosary recitation and Legion Auxiliary service will be held during this time. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
